Last Friday, Graham Simpson MSP abseiled from the Falkirk Wheel for local charity, Cumbernauld Action for Care of the Elderly. CACE offers a door to door service for vulnerable people in the local area, as well as day support, community events, befriending and a community transport service. The social prescribing charity has been operating for 30 years and has approximately 140 weekly service users.
Graham Simpson MSP said: "I was delighted to abseil for CACE and I had great fun. It's a super charity. I had the pleasure of visiting them last October and am always pleased to offer them my support."
